Gistbroodjes
Totale bereidingstijd: 100-125 minuten

Ingrediënten
1/2 blokje gist (21 g)
250 ml water, lauw
500 g meel
1 1/2 theelepel zout
1 theelepel suiker
1 volle theelepel boter, zacht
Bereiding
Los de gist al roerend in lauw water op.
Voeg het meel, het zout, de suiker en
de zachte boter toe en kneed het ge-
heel gedurende 3–4 minuten totdat er
een gladde deegmassa ontstaat. Laat
het deeg afgedekt in de oven 35-45 mi-
nuten rijzen (ovenfunctie "Boven-Onder-
warmte", temperatuur 35 °C).
Kneed het deeg nog eens kort door.
Vorm van het deeg 10 gelijk grote bol-
len. Leg deze op een bakplaat of een
geperforeerde gourmet-bakplaat. Laat
het deeg afgedekt 25-35 minuten rijzen
(ovenfunctie "Boven-Onderwarmte",
temperatuur 35 °C).
Bestrijk de broodjes met water en bak
ze in de oven goudbruin.
