TIME ZONES
Press until T2 (Time Zone 2) is displayed. Press and hold to set time. Press to select
HOURS digits. Press to select MONTH, to advance. Continue for DATE, DAY OF WEEK, 12
OR 24 HOUR TIME display. Press when done.
ALARM AND CHIME
A. Press until ALARM is displayed. Press then to select TIME
ZONE 1 or 2. Press repeatedly to select HOURS, TENS OF MINUTES,
MINUTES, TIME ZONE 1 OR 2. Press to advance or change. Press
when done. Repeat for second time zone.
B. Press to turn alarm on or off. Alarm symbol will appear when on.
C. Press again to turn hourly chime on or off. Chime symbol will appear when on.
D. Press any button to silence alarm.

BASIC OPERATIONS
Press to cycle through ALARM, TIMER, CHRONO, and TIME ZONE modes. Press to illumi-
nate watch face (INDIGLO® night-light). Press to view date. When setting functions, press
and hold to advance digits rapidly.

Pull crown and turn to set HOUR and MINUTE hands.

A. With digital time displayed, press and hold .SECONDS will flash. Press to set SECONDS
to 0. Press to select HOURS digits. Press to advance. Go through 12 hours for AM or
PM. Press to select TENS OF MINUTES, MINUTES, YEAR, MONTH, DATE, DAY, 12 or 24 TIME
DISPLAY. Press to advance selected item. Press when done.
B. In either time zone display, press to view date, press and hold to switch primary dis-
play from time to date.

COUNTDOWN TIMER
A. In TIMER (TR) mode, press repeatedly to select HOURS digits, TENS OF MINUTES, and MIN-
UTES. Press to advance. Press to start timing, to pause, to resume or to
reset. Press and hold to set new timer.
B. TIMER will continue to run when digital time is displayed. “T” appears in display.
CHRONOGRAPH
A. In CHRONO mode, press to switch between LAP and SPLIT display. Press to start
CHRONO, press again to view lap/split time (display pauses). Press to view running
time. Display changes automatically after 10 seconds. Press to stop timing, to resume.
B. Press and hold to time new lap or split.
C. CHRONO will continue to run when digital time is displayed. “C” appears in display.

ELAPSED TIME RING
Turn bezel counterclockwise to position symbol (▲) at desired time to
start or end activity.
COMPASS DIRECTIONAL RING
To get approximate compass reading, point hour hand at sun.
Adjust ring so S (South) is halfway between hour hand and 12.
Adjust every hour. Make sure hour hand is always pointed
toward sun.

FUSEAUX HORAIRES
Appuyer sur jusqu’à afficher T2 (fuseau horaire 2). Tenir enfoncé pour régler l'heure.
Appuyer sur pour sélectionner les chiffres des HEURES. Appuyer sur pour sélectionner le
MOIS, sur pour l’avancer. Poursuivre avec la DATE, le JOUR DE LA SEMAINE et l’AFFICHAGE
SUR 12 ou 24 HEURES. Appuyer sur pour valider.
ALARME ET CARILLON
A. Appuyer sur jusqu'à afficher l’ALARME. Appuyer sur puis sur
pour sélectionner le FUSEAU HORAIRE 1 ou 2. Appuyer plusieurs fois
sur pour sélectionner les HEURES, les DIZAINES DE MINUTES, les
MINUTES et le FUSEAU HORAIRE 1 OU 2. Appuyer sur pour avancer
ou changer. Appuyer sur pour valider. Répéter pour le second fuseau horaire.
B. Appuyer sur pour activer ou désactiver l’alarme. Le symbole de l’alarme s’affiche si elle
est activée.
C. Appuyer sur pour activer ou désactiver le carillon horaire. Le symbole du carillon s’affiche
s’il est activé.
D. Appuyer sur n’importe quel bouton pour couper l’alarme.
OPÉRATIONS DE BASE
Appuyer sur pour afficher successivement les modes ALARM, TIMER (minuterie), CHRONO et
TIME ZONE (fuseau horaire). Appuyer sur pour illuminer la face de la montre (veilleuse
INDIGLO®). Appuyer sur pour afficher la date. Lors du réglage de fonctions, tenir enfoncé
pour faire avancer les chiffres rapidement.

AFFICHAGE ANALOGIQUE DE L’HEURE
Tirer la couronne et la tourner pour régler les aiguilles des HEURES et des MINUTES.

AFFICHAGE NUMÉRIQUE DE L'HEURE
A. L’heure étant affichée sur l’écran numérique, tenir enfoncé. Les SECONDES clignotent.
Appuyer sur pour mettre les SECONDES à 0. Appuyer sur pour sélectionner les chiffres
des HEURES. Appuyer sur pour avancer. Faire défiler 12 heures pour alterner entre AM
(matin) et PM (après-midi). Appuyer sur pour sélectionner les DIZAINES DE MINUTES, les
MINUTES, l’ANNÉE, le MOIS, la DATE, le JOUR ou l’AFFICHAGE DE L’HEURE SUR 12 ou 24 HEURES.
Appuyer sur pour faire avancer l’élément sélectionné. Appuyer sur pour valider.
B. Depuis l’un ou l’autre des fuseaux horaires, appuyer sur pour afficher la date, tenir
enfoncé pour faire passer l’affichage principal de l’heure à la date.

MINUTERIE
A. En mode MINUTERIE (TR), appuyer plusieurs fois sur pour sélectionner les chiffres des
HEURES, des DIZAINES DE MINUTES et des MINUTES. Appuyer sur pour avancer. Appuyer
sur pour démarrer le compte à rebours, sur pour marquer une pause, sur pour
redémarrer ou sur pour remettre à zéro. Tenir enfoncé pour régler une nouvelle durée.
B. Le COMPTE À REBOURS se poursuit durant l’affichage numérique de l’heure. « T » s’affiche.
CHRONOMÈTRE
A. En mode CHRONO, appuyer sur pour alterner entre l’affichage du temps AU TOUR et
INTERMÉDIAIRE. Appuyer sur pour démarrer le CHRONOMÈTRE, une nouvelle fois sur
pour afficher le temps au tour/intermédiaire (pause de l’affichage). Appuyer sur pour
afficher le chronométrage en cours. L’affichage change automatiquement au bout de
10 secondes. Appuyer sur pour arrêter le chronomètre, sur pour le redémarrer.
B. Tenir enfoncé pour mesurer un nouveau temps au tour ou intermédiaire.
C. Le CHRONOMÉTRAGE se poursuit durant l’affichage numérique de l’heure. « C » s’affiche.

BAGUE DE DURÉE ÉCOULÉE
Tourner la bague d’encadrement vers la gauche jusqu’à placer le symbole
(▲) au moment de début ou fin d’activité souhaité.
BAGUE D’ORIENTATION
Pour effectuer une mesure d’orientation approximative, pointer
l’aiguille des heures vers le soleil. Régler la bague de manière à
ce que le S (Sud) soit à mi-distance de l’aiguille des heures et
du 12. Répéter le réglage toutes les heures. Veiller à toujours
pointer l’aiguille des heures vers le soleil.

ZONAS HORARIAS
Pulse el botón hasta que se visualice T2 (zona horaria 2). Pulse y mantenga pulsado el
botón para ajustar la hora. Pulse el botón para seleccionar los dígitos de las HORAS.
Pulse el botón para seleccionar MES y pulse el botón para avanzar. Prosiga para pasar
a FECHA, DÍA DE LA SEMANA y visualización HORARIA DE 12 Ó 24 HORAS. Pulse el botón
cuando haya acabado.
ALARMA Y SEÑAL ACÚSTICA
A. Pulse el botón hasta que se visualice ALARMA. Pulse el botón y
después pulse el botón para seleccionar la ZONA HORARIA 1 ó 2.
Pulse el botón repetidamente para seleccionar HORAS, DECENAS
DE MINUTOS, MINUTOS Y ZONA HORARIA 1 Ó 2. Pulse el botón para
avanzar o cambiar. Pulse el botón cuando haya acabado. Repita el procedimiento para la
segunda zona horaria.
B. Pulse el botón para activar o desactivar la alarma. El símbolo de alarma aparecerá cuan-
do la alarma esté activada.
C. Pulse el botón otra vez para activar o desactivar la señal acústica cada hora. El símbolo
de señal acústica aparecerá cuando esta función esté activada.
D. Oprima cualquier botón para silenciar la alarma.
OPERACIONES BÁSICAS
Pulse el botón para recorrer los modos ALARMA, TEMPORIZADOR, CRONÓGRAFO y ZONA
HORARIA. Pulse el botón para iluminar la cara del reloj (luz nocturna INDIGLO®). Pulse el
botón para ver la fecha. Cuando ajuste las funciones, pulse y mantenga pulsado el botón
para hacer avanzar los dígitos rápidamente.

Tire de la corona y gírela para ajustar las manecillas de HORAS y MINUTOS.

A. Con la hora digital visualizada, pulse y mantenga pulsado el botón .Los SEGUNDOS
parpadearán. Pulse el botón para ajustar los SEGUNDOS a 0. Pulse el botón para
seleccionar los dígitos de las HORAS. Pulse el botón para avanzar. Avance 12 horas para
AM o PM. Pulse el botón para seleccionar DECENAS DE MINUTOS, MINUTOS, AÑO, MES,
FECHA, DÍA o VISUALIZACIÓN HORARIA DE 12 ó 24 HORAS. Pulse el botón para hacer
avanzar la función seleccionada. Pulse el botón cuando haya acabado.
B. En la visualización de cualquiera de las dos zonas horarias, pulse el botón para ver la
fecha y pulse y mantenga pulsado el botón para cambiar la visualización principal de
hora a fecha.

TEMPORIZADOR DE CUENTA REGRESIVA
A. En el modo TIMER (TR, TEMPORIZADOR), pulse el botón repetidamente para seleccionar
los dígitos de las HORAS, las DECENAS DE MINUTOS y los MINUTOS. Pulse el botón para
avanzar. Pulse el botón para empezar el cronometraje, pulse el botón para pausar,
pulse el botón para reanudar el cronometraje o pulse el botón para poner a cero el
temporizador. Pulse y mantenga pulsado el botón para ajustar un temporizador nuevo.
B. El TEMPORIZADOR seguirá funcionando cuando se visualice la hora digital. Una "T" aparecerá
en la pantalla.
CRONÓGRAFO
A. En el modo CRONÓGRAFO, pulse el botón para cambiar entre la visualización de
LAP (VUELTA) y SPLIT (TIEMPO PARCIAL). Pulse el botón para poner en marcha el
CRONÓGRAFO y pulse el botón otra vez para ver la vuelta y el tiempo parcial (la visua-
lización pausa). Pulse el botón para ver el tiempo en marcha. La visualización cambia
automáticamente después de 10 segundos. Pulse el botón para parar el cronometraje
y pulse el botón para reanudarlo.
B. Pulse y mantenga pulsado el botón para cronometrar una vuelta nueva o un tiempo
parcial nuevo.
C. El CRONÓGRAFO seguirá funcionando cuando se visualice la hora digital. Una "C" aparecerá
en la visualización.

ANILLO DE TIEMPO TRANSCURRIDO
Gire la luneta en sentido contrario al de las agujas del reloj para situar el
símbolo (▲) en la hora deseada para empezar o terminar una actividad.
ANILLO DIRECCIONAL DE BRÚJULA
Para obtener una lectura de brújula aproximada, apunte la
manecilla de las horas hacia el sol. Ajuste el anillo de forma que
S (Sur) esté a mitad de camino entre la manecilla de las horas
y las 12. Realice el ajuste cada hora. Asegúrese de que la
manecilla de las horas esté apuntando siempre hacia el sol.
