2 Tassen gefrorene Blaubeeren /

1 ½ Tassen aufgetaute Blaubeeren

¾ Tasse Zucker

1 ¾ Tassen natürlicher Joghurt

¾ Tasse Kaffeesahne

Geben Sie die Blaubeeren und den Zucker

in einen Mixer und pürieren alles. Füllen

Sie diese Mischung in eine große Schüssel

um und geben Joghurt und Kaffeesahne

unter ständigem Rühren hinzu.

Anschließend lassen Sie das Ganze für

ca. 30 Minuten ruhen und füllen dann

dieses in die Gefrierschüssel um. Stellen

Sie die Gefrierschüssel in die Eismaschine

und verfahren nun wie in der Bedienungs-

anleitung angegeben.
