Gegratineerde aardappelen met kaas
Totale bereidingstijd: 85–95 minuten
voor 4 porties
Ingrediënten
500 g kruimige aardappelen, geschild
250 ml room
125 g crème fraîche
150 g Gouda, geraspt
1 knoflookteentje
zout
zwarte peper
nootmuskaat

Bereiding
Snijd de aardappelen in dunne schijfjes.
Meng de schijfjes met ca. 2/3 van de
kaas.
Doe de massa in de ingevette, met het
knoflookteentje ingewreven ovenschaal.
Kluts de room, de crème fraîche, het
zout, de peper en de nootmuskaat door
elkaar. Verdeel de massa gelijkmatig
over de aardappelen. Strooi de reste‐
rende kaas erover en zet de schaal zon‐
der deksel in de oven. Het gerecht
moet goudgeel worden.

Tip
Een variatie met minder calorieën: doe

ingevette ovenschaal. Kruid de schijfjes
met zout en peper. Giet er 250 ml
groentebouillon overheen en bereid het
gerecht zoals hierboven is beschreven.
Strooi ca. 10 minuten voor het einde
van de bereidingstijd ca. 3 eetlepels ge‐
raspte Parmezaanse kaas over het ge‐
recht.
