250 g stokbrood
4-6 knoflookteentjes
40 g olijfolie
2 laurierblaadjes
2 eetlepels tomatenpuree
1 theelepel paprika, edelzoet
4 eieren
zout
2 l bouillon
1 chorizo (knoflook-paprikaworst)
1 scherpe peperoni

Bereiding
Snijd de knoflookteentjes in schijfjes en
bak deze bruin in de pan met olijfolie.
Snijd het brood in stukjes, doe deze in
de pan en rooster kort beide kanten.
Leg de licht geroosterde stukjes naast
elkaar in de ovenschaal of in de Gour‐
met-braadpan van Miele.
Doe de tomatenpuree, de laurierblaad‐
jes, de paprika en ten slotte de bouillon
bij de knoflookteentjes. Meng het ge‐
heel al roerend. Giet het mengsel over
het brood.
Voeg de peperoni en de in plakjes ge‐
sneden paprikaworst toe en zet de
schaal in de oven.
Pocheer enkele minuten voor het einde
van de bereiding de eieren in de soep.
