Ovenschotel met aardappelen in mosterdsaus
Totale bereidingstijd: 100–110 minuten
voor 4 porties
Ingrediënten
800 g aardappelen
1 ui, in kleine blokjes
1 teentje knoflook, fijngehakt
30 g boter
2 eetlepels grove mosterd
250 ml groentebouillon (instant)
1 snufje saffraan
125 ml room
zout
peper
Voor bruineren
100 g Gouda, geraspt

Bereiding
Schil de aardappelen en snijd ze in
schijfjes. Kook de schijfjes in gezout
water ca. 5 minuten voor. Giet de aard‐
appelen af en doe de schijfjes in de in‐
gevette ovenschaal.
Fruit de ui- en knoflookstukjes in boter.
Voeg de mosterd, de bouillon, de saf‐
fraan en de room toe. Laat het geheel
opkoken. Kruid het mengsel met zout
en peper.
Giet de saus over de aardappelschijf‐
jes. Bestrooi het geheel met kaas en zet
het gerecht onafgedekt in de oven.
