Stokvisfilet in groene saus

250 g venusschelpen
2 knoflookteentjes
4 eetlepels olijfolie
1 theelepel bloem
250 ml visfond
25 g peterselie
zout

Bereiding
Snijd de knoflookteentjes klein en fruit
ze in de pan met de olijfolie.
Leg de vis op de universele bakplaat.
Verdeel de venusschelpen, de olie en
de knoflook over de plaat en zout het
geheel. Bepoeder alles met bloem, giet
de warme visfond erop en bestrooi het
geheel met gehakte peterselie.
