Zeebarbeel in papillote
Totale bereidingstijd: 90–100 minuten

Ingrediënten
6 kleine zeebarbelen (à 150–200 g)
5 sneetjes witbrood
250 ml melk
2 eetlepels gehakte peterselie
4 eetlepels ansjovisboter
zout
peper
3 eetlepels olijfolie

Bereiding
Maak de zeebarbelen met water
schoon.
Dompel voor de vulling het brood in de
melk. Prak het brood met een vork en
meng het geheel met peterselie en an‐
sjovisboter.
Bestrooi de vissen met zout en peper.
Vul de vissen met de vulling en be‐
sprenkel het geheel met olijfolie. Laat
het gerecht een uurtje op een koele
plek staan.
Bestrijk perkamentpapier met olie en
leg de zeebarbelen erop. Vouw het pa‐
pier dicht. Leg de pakketjes op de uni‐
versele bakplaat en schuif deze in de
oven.
