9. ETIREMENTS ADDUCTEURS
• Adoptez une position en fente latérale (une jambe en extension sur la Power Full et lʼautre
au sol).
• Ecartez les jambes, échissez légèrement la jambe dʼappui tout en gardant lʼautre jambe
tendue.
• Gardez la partie supérieure du corps bien droite et amenez votre fessier vers le sol.
• Cet exercice a pour but dʼétirer les muscles internes des cuisses
• Recommencez lʼexercice en changeant de jambe.
9. ADDUCTOR STRETCH
• Ga zijwaarts naast de plaat staan en zet één voet vlak naast de console op de plaat.
• Hou dit been gestrekt. Het andere been licht buigen.
• Hou het bovenlichaam recht en breng de heupen langzaam omlaag.
• De rek moet nu voelbaar zijn in de lies en de binnenkant van het bovenbeen.
• Wissel van zijde voor rekken van het andere been.
9. ADDUCTOR STRETCH
• Position yourself sideway on the Power Full, one foot on the platform and the other on the oor.
• Legs apart, slightly bent the supporting leg while keeping the other one straight.
• Keep your upper body straight and lower your buttocks towards the oor.
• This exercise helps to stretch the muscles of your inner thighs.
• Repeat the same exercise by switching the position of the two legs.
9. STIRAMENTI DEGLI ADDUTTORI
• Adottate una posizione in spaccata laterale (una gamba tesa sul Power Full e lʼaltra sul suolo).
• Divaricate le gambe, piegate leggermente la gamba di sostegno mantenendo lʼaltra gamba tesa.
• Mantenete la parte superiore del corpo ben diritta e abbassate i glutei verso terra.
• Questo esercizio ha per scopo lo stiramento dei muscoli interni delle cosce.
• Ripetete lʼesercizio cambiando gamba.
9. GERİLME
• Power Fullʼa yan bir şekilde, bir ayağınız yerde, diğeri cihaz üzerinde durun.
• Bacaklarınızı açın, yerdeki ayağı biraz katlayın ve diğerini gergin tutun.
• Vücudun üst kısmını iyice düz bir şekilde tutun ve basen bölgenizi yere doğru indirin.
• Bu egzersizin amacı, iç baldır kaslarını çalıştırmaktır.
• Bacak değiştirip egzersizi geri başlayın.
