• My I walk secretary suddenly won’t charge my iPhone X. It is fully charged but when I plug it into the iPhone nothing. Have also tried on two other iPhones and nothing. I bought it around May 2019 and have never had a problem. Until now it has been by far the greatest portable charger I have ever used but now nothing after only 4 months. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is a secretary plus model number SBS100c. It has a number on a white sticker next to power button. 18243174. I would really hate to have to research another brand if this problem isn’t rectified.

    • I will write the company that you bought it from for help. I don't use mine often and had no problems yet.
