Okay nothing happened to my portable charger. One day it just stopped working. It is fully charged and I plug it into my phone and nothing. I really need it to work I’m leaving 2 stars because it worked great for awhile until it didn't. Why won’t it work? Its full of battery and just doesn’t charge anything. Why? My I walk secretary suddenly won’t charge my iPhone X. It is fully charged but when I plug it into the iPhone nothing. Have also tried on two other iPhones and nothing. I bought it around May 2019 and have never had a problem. Until now it has been by far the greatest portable charger I have ever used but now nothing after only 4 months. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is a secretary plus model number SBS100c. It has a number on a white sticker next to power button. 18243174. I would really hate to have to research another brand if this problem isn’t rectified.

I bought the iwalk for my Ipad/phone. Why aren't the instructions in English along with 9 other languages?
Do I have to use the Pantom cables I bought to charge the iwalk? Not sure why it mentioned on Amazon that purchasers of iwalk should buy the hc.pantom cables. Submitted on 20-6-2019 at 17:07
