Can we switch on manually the unit? We have a model HMASW-H12A4-EA2 and a new universal remote. The unit is not working. Not sure if that comes from the remote or the unit itself. Cheers

- If you have not programmed the universal remote properly - then the unit will not work.
  There is no manual switch on this unit.
  FYI - I have now updated my Air Conditioning Unit to a later model where I will get help locally. Answered on 10-8-2023 at 23:48
