Thank you for buying the WS1170! This is a wireless weather station with DCF clock and outdoor sensor. Please

read the manual thoroughly before bringing this device into service. If the device was damaged in transit, don't

install or use it and contact your dealer. Note that damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this

manual is not covered by the warranty and the dealer will not accept responsibility for any ensuing defects or

problems. Contents: 1 x base station, 1 x remote outdoor sensor and this manual.

2. Safety Instructions

5. Setting up your weather station

 Open the battery compartment of the outdoor sensor and insert 2 x AAA alkaline batteries. Mind the

polarity.
