Problems with my battery charger:
ULG 3.8 B1 - IAN 113043
I have connected this charger to a car battery, which is supplying some LED strips, which are lighting at night my carport and the space at the back of our house.
SInce a few weeks the LED lights start to flicker and then I see at the charger that the red indicator 'Charging' and the green indicator 'Fully charged' are flickering alternately.
Does anyone has an idea, what is causing this problem?
