haben Sie Zugriﬀ auf verschiedene

In the main menu of the TrekStor TV you can access diﬀerent functions of the device. Use K and L to navigate in the menu

and "ENTER" to select.

On the lower right of the screen you can find information about a the firmware version and the network address,

b connected data sources (internal HDD (optional), USB), c active network services (NAS function, UPnP AV server, FTP- and

webserver) and d active network connections (Ethernet, wireless LAN (optional)).

a At the top of the screen you find the available settings menus: Pl a y b a c k , a/V, Ne t w o r k , Sy S t e m and aP P l i c a t i o N . Pressing

the d or J button changes between the settings menus.

a On the left side, the individual menu entries are listed, on the right side the current settings. With the K and L button

you can mark a menu entry, the "ENTER" button opens it so you can choose the correct setting for it. Use the same buttons

to choose an option.

When making the settings for a wired network connection to your router and the internet, the option "DHcP iP (aUto)"

is the onethat has to be selected in most cases.

DATEIAUSWAHL

Wenn in der Mediathek eine Datenquelle ausgewählt wurde, öﬀnet sich die Dateiauswahl. Die Dateiauswahl ist in vier

Bereiche unterteilt.

a Am oberen Rand beﬁndet sich die Auswahl der Filter: a

l l e , mu S i k , Fo t o und Fi l m e . Es werden immer nur die Medien-

dateien angezeigt, die zum aktuellen Filter passen. Ein Druck auf die d- bzw. J-Taste wechselt den Filter.

b Auf der linken Seite werden die Namen der Unterverzeichnisse und der geﬁlterten Mediendateien im aktuellen

Verzeichnis angezeigt. Mit der K- bzw. L-Taste können Sie eine Datei markieren. Ein Druck auf "ENTER" oder die

A-Taste startet die Wiedergabe einer Mediendatei bzw. wechselt in ein Verzeichnis.

c Auf der rechten Seite befinden sich, wenn dies mit der "PREVIEW"-Taste ausgewählt wurde, eine Vorschau bzw.

Informationen zur aktuell markierten Mediendatei.

d Am unteren Rand ﬁnden Sie links Informationen zu den aktuellen Funktionen einiger Tasten und rechts die auch im

Hauptmenü dort angezeiten Informationen.

Once you have selected a media

source in the media library, the ﬁle

selection opens. The ﬁle selection

screen is divided into four parts.

a At the top of the screen, the currently

selected ﬁlter is displayed. You can

choose between a

that correspond to the selected ﬁlter

are displayed. You change the ﬁlter

by using the d or J button.

b On the left side of the screen, the

names of the subdirectories and

ﬁltered media ﬁles in the current

directory are displayed. You can

mark a ﬁle using the K and

L button. Pressing "ENTER" or

the A button starts the playback

of a media ﬁle or enters a directory.

c On the right side, information about or a preview of the currently marked ﬁle are displayed. This can be switched on and

oﬀ by pressing the "PREVIEW" button.

d At the bottom of the screen, you can ﬁnd information about the current functions of some buttons on the left, and on the

right the information also displayed in the main menu.

MEDIATHEK

In der Mediathek wählen Sie aus,

auf welche Datenquelle Sie

zugreifen wollen. Sie können

auf angeschlossene USB-Daten-

speicher, eine interne Festplatte,

verfügbare SMB/Samba und NFS

Netzwerkfreigaben oder einen

UPnP AV Server in Ihrem Netzwerk

zugreifen. Zusätzlich können Sie

auch Ihre Mediendateien über eine

Wiedergabeliste starten und auf

ein angeschlossenes USB 2.0

DVD- bzw. BluRay-Laufwerk oder

einen TrekStor HomeServer e-TRAYz

zugreifen.

mEdia library

In the media library you can choose which data source you want to access. You can access connected USB data storage

devices, an internal hard drive, available SMB/Samba and NFS network shares or a UPnP AV Server in your network. In

addition, you can start your media ﬁles via a playback list and you can access a connected USB 2.0 DVD or BluRay drive or a

TrekStor HomeServer e-TRAYz.

Bei der Einrichtung der Verbindung per Ethernet zu Ihrem Router und dem Internet ist in den meisten Fällen die

Option "dHcp-ip (au t o )" zu wählen.

Instructions for safety and use:

With the exception of the installation of a hard drive into the

housing, technical work on the product may only be performed

by qualified persons. Other components cannot be servicedby

the user.

Never expose the device to moisture, condensation and liquids.

Protect the device from extremely high and low temperatures

and temperature fluctuations. Use the device within an ambient

temperature of 10ºC to 40ºC.

Never place the device close to a source of heat, and protect it

from direct sunlight.

Make sure that the surroundings are as dust-free as possible

when you use and store the device.

Never clean the surface of the device with solvents, paint thinners,

cleansers or other chemical products. Instead, use a soft, dry cloth

or soft brush.

Do not use USB cables longer than 3 meters.

Should the device be exposed to an electrostatic discharge,

this can, under certain circumstances, impair the operating

behavior. An electrostatic discharge may interrupt the data

transfer between the device and the computer/network or other

connected devices or it may impair the functions of the device. If

this occurs, the device should be unplugged from the mains and

reconnected after approx. 10 seconds. It may also be necessary to

disconnect all connected devices and to connect them again.

Batteries/rechargeable batteries contain chemical substances

and must be disposed of properly. Batteries/rechargeable batteries

should not be thrown away in household garbage. They can be

brought to the public collection points of your community or

wherever batteries/rechargeable batteries are sold.

Eine elektrostatische Entladung kann zu einer Unterbrechung des

Datentransfers zwischen dem Gerät und dem Computer/Netzwerk

oder den verbundenen Geräten führen bzw. Funktionen des

Gerätes können gestört werden. In diesem Fall sollte das Gerät vom

Stromnetz getrennt werden und nach ca. 10 Sekunden erneut mit

dem Stromnetz verbunden werden. Weiterhin kann es erforderlich
