Hi. I am a user of Theben 161h The clock sound should be heard. I noticed the timer is not working. so upon opening it i noticed the red worm wheel is running as well as the gear system, but this does not show on the hours and minutes dial (i.e. the dial is not moving indicating the time).
Please advise remedy or troubleshooting. Thank you.
