we have one of your washing machines it WAS good, we arrived in Spain last week for the first time in 2 years due to travel issues relating to COVID, the machine is not working, there is electric going to it but the drum does not function and neither does the water enter, how can we solve this, we are in our 70's, my wife cannot continue to clean our clothes by hand,
