• The blue light on my IAN 321204 is continually flashing - why and how do I stop it? I'm posting this here because I can't find a corresponding manual in the selection above.

    • I have the same problem. Rechargeable batteries have too low voltage. This item requires new batteries after their low consumption and exhaust batteries very quickly because flashing. In my opinion, this is a design error Answered on 23-7-2020 at 09:00

    • This is a very poor product with regards to power consumption - batteries don't last long at all. Something that uses this much power should have come with the facility to run off of mains power too. If you're thinking of buying one, don't, it'll cost you a fortune in batteries. • It's flashing cause you have low voltage on the batteries, which means they need replacement. Same happens if you use not the right type of batteries. for example rechargeable batteries, like me. To fix the flashing problem while using rechargeable batteries, unscrew all 4 outside screws and 2 inner, and just scratch off the 3 diodes with the same philips screwdriver, the blinking is gone, now your rechargeable battery pair will last as long as they should. • I took off the diodes as one mentioned before. It stopped syncing with the door bell. Otherwise it works with the buttons on the side Answered on 15-3-2023 at 18:45
