Groene kipschotel
Ingrediënten:
400 g kippenborstfilet
1 kleine courgette
1 kleine groene paprika
125 ml instant-kipbouillon
200 g prei
150 g raapkool
150 g bleekselderij
2 EL crème fraîche
50 g kruidenkwark
Bereiding:
Was de groente en maak ze panklaar. Snij de prei
in ringen, en de raapkool en selderie in dunne plakken.
Stoof het in een magnetronschaal met deksel op
600 Watt gedurende ca. 6-8 minuten. Snij de kippen-
borstfilet fijn, de courgette in halve plakjes en de
paprika in blokjes; voeg dit samen met de hete kip-
bouillon aan de overige ingrediënten in de schaal
toe. Laat het geheel met deksel op 600 Watt in ca.
12-15 minuten garen en roer af en toe om. Roer
vervolgens de crème fraîche en de kruidenkwark
erdoor.
Deeg- of spekknoedels
Ingrediënten voor 4 knoedels:
4 tarwebroodjes
1/2 TL zout
150 ml melk
40 g boter
3 eieren
2 -3 EL paneermeel
2-3 EL fijngehakte peterselie
30 g hamspek in blokjes (voor spekknoedels)
Bereiding:
snij de broodjes fijn en bestrooi ze met zout. Verhit
de melk in een magnetronschaal (op 800 Watt ca.
2-4 minuten), giet deze vervolgens over de broodjes
en laat alles ca. 15 minuten staan.
De boter en eieren schuimig kloppen, de geweekte
broodjes samen met het paneermeel en de peterselie
toevoegen en alles goed tot een deeg kneden (tip:
kneed voor de spekknoedels het hamspek erdoor).
Maak uw handen nat en kneed vier even grote
knoedels die u aansluitend kort in koud water onder-
dompelt. Laat het geheel met deksel op 500 Watt
in ca. 6-8 minuten garen. Dan zijn de knoedels
klaar om opgediend te worden.
