Aardappelgratin
Ingrediënten:
1000 g aardappelen
Vet (om de vuurvaste schaal in te vetten)
2 EL paneermeel
1 beker room (200 ml)
50 g geraspte Emmentaler
Boter (-vlokjes)
Kruiden: zout, peper
Bereiding:
Schil, was en snij de aardappelen in dunne plakjes
om ze vervolgens te kruiden. Vet de vuurvaste schaal
in, leg de aardappelplakjes er in lagen in, giet daar
vervolgens de room over.
Bestrooi tenslotte het geheel met kaas en paneermeel
en doe de botervlokjes erover.
Met de Grill/Combi 1 op 500 Watt ca. 20 minuten
gratineren. Gebruik zo mogelijk het grillrooster 9.
Kipfricassee
Ingrediënten:
1 kip (ca. 1000 g)
300 g champignons
500 g asperges
250 ml instant-vleesbouillon
100 ml room
2 pakjes witte saus (instant)
1 EL witte wijn
Kruiden: zout, peper, nootmuskaat
Bereiding:
Bestrooi de kip met zout en doe deze in een magnetron-
schaal met deksel.
Laat het geheel op 800 Watt ca. 16-18 minuten
garen.
Maak de champignons panklaar en halveer ze, schil
de asperges en snij ze in 2 tot 3 cm lange stukken.
Verwijder de huid en de botten van de gare kip en
snij het vlees in hapklare stukken.
Doe de vleesbouillon, het kippenvlees, de asperges
en de champignons in een magnetronschaal.
Warm het geheel met deksel erop op 600 Watt op
gedurende ca. 13-15 minuten en roer af en toe om.
Roer nu de room en de poedersaus erdoor en laat
het geheel op 600 Watt nog ca. 5-6 minuten opkoken.
Breng het tenslotte met witte wijn, zout, peper en
nootmuskaat op smaak.
