Hi. The display on our Salter 9192 WH3R reads ‘F99.’ We have tried replacing the batteries, leaving batteries out for a period of time and then replacing but the screen remains with the faulty display. Cannot find any solution in the manual. The scale is only about a year old. Help appreciated!
