Hi we have a Ravelli HRV 170
It is serviced regularly but we have a constant problem. Our service guy says its the pellets. We switch the fire on and it works for about 40 mins. Then the alarm sounds and it say error 05 no ignition. We switch it back on it does final cleaning and fires up again and about 40 mins later the same thing happens. It has gone off 4 times already this afternoon. If it was the pellets surely it wouldn't fire up the first time! Please any advice?
