CA BE REPEATED FOR DRILLING MACHINE RUN FOR 2 SECOND THEN STOP. THIS CAN BE DONE NUMEROUS TIMES. BATTERY CHARGER INDICATES THAT BATTERIES ARE FULLY CHARGED. BEEN INACTIVE NOW FOR 3 YEARS AND STILL REPEAT THE SAME PROBLEM.
