Hi. I have a proline FP 612 WE washing machine. Whenever I turn on the machine, it automatically goes to child lock. Whenever I try to turn off the child lock -- pressing the "Extra Rinse" and the "No Spin" at the same time for 3 seconds, the child lock still won't turn off. What do I do?
