Das hier. Das ist nicht das Ende der Welt. Das ist doch längst geschehen. Das hier ist, was übrig blieb. Wir,
hier tief unter der Erde, in der Feste der letzten Ruhe ... ständig kämpfen wir um den letzten Funken der
Menschheit. Wir kämpfen gegen Das Namenlose. Fürchterliche Kreaturen, die uns das Letzte stehlen wollen,
was wir noch haben: Unsere Hoffnung, den letzten Atemzug, das Funkeln in unseren Augen.
Aber wir leisten Widerstand. Hier unten arbeiten wir an unserer Wiederauferstehung. Die Riss-Magier
trainieren seit Aeonen, um ihre Macht zu mehren. Ihre dunkle Macht, die sie aus dem ziehen, was uns den
Untergang beschert hat: den Rissen. Mit der Zauberkraft aus diesen Rissen bekämpfen wir die Namenlosen.
Und wir werden siegreich sein. Ich weiß es.
