Scannen naar e-mail (indien scanoptie aanwezig is)

1. Druk op de knop 'Scanner'.

2. Kies de toets 'scan e-mail' om uw ingescande originelen als e-mail te versturen.

3. Selecteer de naam van de verzender uit de adressenlijst.

4. Selecteer de bestemming door op de toets 'invoeren best.' te drukken.

5. Toets het e-mail adres in.

6. Plaats de originelen met de beeldzijde naar boven in de origineleninvoer.

7. Druk op de groene startknop.

Scannen naar PC (indien scanoptie aanwezig is)

1. Druk op de knop 'Scanner'.

2. Kies de knop 'Verz PC' om uw ingescande originelen naar een computer te versturen.

3. Selecteer de naam van de verzender uit de adressenlijst.

4. Selecteer de bestemming door op de toets 'Opslaan op User PC' te drukken.

5. Kies de computer waar de scans naar toe gestuurd dienen te worden.

6. Plaats de originelen met de beeldzijde naar boven in de origineleninvoer.

7. Druk op de groene startknop.

Faxen (indien faxoptie aanwezig is)

1. Druk op de knop 'Fax'.

2. Toets het faxnummer in of kies een reeds voorgeprogrammeerd faxnummer uit de lijst.

3. Plaats de originelen met de beeldzijde naar boven in de origineleninvoer.

4. Druk op de groene startknop.
