Kopiëren
1. Druk op de knop ‘Copier’.
2. Op het scherm in het standaard tabblad kunt u nu de volgende instellingen maken:
• papierselectie om te kiezen uit welke lade het papier moet komen
• lichtinstelling voor het lichter of donkerder kopiëren
• enkelzijdig / dubbelzijdig (duplex) kopiëren
• sorteren / afwerken voor het kunnen nieten van de kopieën (alleen mogelijk met optionele afwerkeenheid).
3. Plaats originelen met de beeldzijde naar boven in de origineleninvoer.
4. Stel het gewenste aantal kopieën in.
5. Druk op de groene startknop.
Printen vanuit de (beveiligde) virtuele mailbox (indien Printoptie aanwezig is)
1. Druk op de knop 'Printer'.
2. Selecteer e-MPS op het afdrukscherm.
3. Kies de toets 'Privé / Opgeslag.' voor het uitprinten van beveiligde printopdrachten of
Kies de toets 'VMB Geg. / Data Lade' voor het uitprinten van gewone printopdrachten
4. Selecteer Gebruiker en druk op de toets 'volgende'.
5. Selecteer Taak en druk op de toets 'volgende'.
6. Stel in hoe vaak de opdracht geprint dient te worden en druk op de toets 'afdrukken'.
7. Indien de printopdracht is beveiligd met een pincode, dient u die nu in te voeren.
8. Printen begint ('processing').
