• I own a Nokia x20 and I opened the device twice to browse and preview it and then left it for several weeks. Yesterday I opened it to put a SIM card and to start using it, but I was surprised by the appearance of a lock sign at the top of the screen and the device asks me for a personal identification number, although I did not put any identification numbers or password and I cannot unlock the device. So what is the solution.
