Nokia 105--still cant use it because the most important numb : 2358

Nokia 105--still cant use it because the most important numbers for my 82year old partner are now in a fform that can only be used as Emergency numbers. I have tried everything the release them without succes . I just want them to be normal numbers!! Hope that you can help!!!!
