Totale bereidingstijd: 65–75 minuten
voor 6 porties
Ingrediënten
800 g kippenborstfilet
400 g pruimen, zonder pit
40 g verse gember
1 klein bosje lente-uitjes
zout
peper
3 eetlepel olie
40 g boter
100 ml witte wijn
100 ml sinaasappelsap
100 ml gevogeltebouillon
1 theelepel honing
50 ml room

Bereiding
Schil de gember en rasp deze fijn. Snijd
de lente-uitjes in 2 cm grote stukken.
Bestrooi het vlees met zout en peper en
braad het in de Gourmet-pan goed aan
in olie. Doe boter bij het vlees in de pan
en fruit de uitjes en de gember kort.
Blus het geheel af met witte wijn, si‐
naasappelsap en bouillon. Doe de prui‐
men en de honing erbij. Besprenkel het
vlees met room en bereid het gerecht
verder in de oven. Bind de saus eventu‐
eel met voorbereide maïzena.
