1 citroen
3 suikerklontjes
2 eetlepels azijn

Bereiding
Pel en snijd 3 sinaasappels in fijne
schijfjes en verdeel deze over de bo‐
dem van een glazen of keramische
vorm. Strooi zout en peper op de eend
en bestrijk de eend met olie. Leg de
eend op de sinaasappelschijfjes.
Pers de citroen en de sinaasappel uit.
Doe de azijn en de suikerklontjes in de
pan en verhit het geheel. Zodra de sui‐
ker opgelost is, blust u het mengsel af
met het sap van de citroen en de si‐
naasappel.
Giet de saus over de eend. Schuif de
eend in de oven. Gebruikt u een gour‐
met-braadpan? Giet er dan 200 ml ex‐
tra water bij.
