Konijn met knoflook
Totale bereidingstijd: 130 minuten
voor 4 porties
Ingrediënten
1 konijn
zout
peper
4 stelen bleekselderij
2 uien
2 tomaten
4 knoflookteentjes
5 eetlepels olijfolie
125 ml witte wijn
750 ml gevogeltebouillon
3 takjes tijm
4 laurierblaadjes
100 g zwarte olijven, in schijfjes

Gourmet-pan
Bereiding
Snijd het konijn in 6 stukken. Bestrooi
het vlees met zout en peper. Snijd de
bleekselderij, de uien en de tomaten in
1 cm grote stukken.
Braad het vlees van alle kanten aan in
de Gourmet-pan met olijfolie. Voeg de
tomaten, de bleekselderij, de uien en de
knoflook toe.
Met automatisch programma:
Start het automatische programma en
laat alles verder smoren, totdat de oven
voorverwarmd is. Blus het product af
met witte wijn. Voeg de bouillon, de
tijm, de laurierblaadjes en de in schijfjes
gesneden olijven toe. Plaats de braad‐
pan met deksel in de oven.
Met Profi-functie:
Laat alles ca. 5 minuten smoren. Blus
het geheel af met witte wijn. Voeg de
bouillon, de tijm, de laurierblaadjes en
de in schijfjes gesneden olijven toe.
Plaats de braadpan zonder deksel in de
oven.
Haal het vlees uit het vocht. Giet het
vocht door een zeef en laat het deels
verdampen. Bind het vocht eventueel
met wat voorbereide maïzena.
