Ontbijtbroodjes met chocolade
Totale bereidingstijd: 100–110 minuten
voor 8 stuks
Ingrediënten deeg
1 blokje gist (42 g)
150 ml melk, lauw
500 g bloem
1 snufje zout
60 g suiker
1 pakje vanillesuiker
75 g boter
2 eieren
100 g chocodruppels
Voor het bestrijken

plaat
Bereiding
Los de gist al roerend op in lauwe melk.
Voeg de bloem, het zout, de suiker, de
vanillesuiker, de boter en de eieren toe.
Kneed het geheel totdat er een gladde
deegmassa ontstaat. Laat het deeg in
de oven 25 à 35 minuten rijzen (oven‐
functie Boven-onderwarmte, tempera‐
tuur 35 °C).
Kneed de chocodruppels kort door het
deeg. Vorm 8 bollen en leg deze op de
bakplaat of de geperforeerde gourmet-
bakplaat en laat ze in de oven bij 35 °C
Boven-onderwarmte 15-20 minuten rij‐
zen.
Bestijk de broodjes met melk en bak
goudgeel.
