Gistkoek met walnoten
Totale bereidingstijd: 100–110 minuten
Ingrediënten
1 blokje gist (42 g)
200 ml melk, lauw
500 g bloem
50 g suiker
1 pakje vanillesuiker
1 snufje zout
100 g boter, zacht
1 ei
100 g walnoten, gehakt
Voor het bestrijken

plaat
Bereiding
Los de gist al roerend op in de lauwe
melk. Voeg de bloem, de suiker, de va‐
nillesuiker, het zout, de boter en het ei
toe. Kneed het geheel totdat er een
gladde deegmassa ontstaat. Laat het
deeg in de oven ca. 30-40 minuten rij‐
zen (ovenfunctie "Boven-Onderwarm‐
te", temperatuur 35 °C).
Kneed de walnoten door het deeg.
Maak van het deeg drie ca. 40 cm lan‐
ge strengen. Vorm hiervan een vlecht
en leg deze op de bakplaat of de ge‐
perforeerde gourmet-bakplaat. Laat het
deeg in de oven nog 20 minuten rijzen
(ovenfunctie "Boven-Onderwarmte",
temperatuur 35 °C).
Bestrijk de gistkoek met melk en bak
de koek.
