legen.
Die Metallspitze des Speisenthermo

meters muss komplett in das Gargut
eingestochen werden und ungefähr
den Kern erreichen.
Bei Geflügel eignet sich zum Einste
-
chen der Metallspitze gut die dickste
Stelle im Brustbereich. Tasten Sie
dazu den Brustbereich mit Daumen
und Zeigefinger ab, um die dickste
Stelle zu finden.
Die Metallspitze darf keine Knochen
berühren und nicht an besonders
fettreichen Stellen eingestochen wer-
den. Fettgewebe und Knochen kön-
nen zum vorzeitigen Abschalten füh-
ren.
Wählen Sie bei stark marmoriertem,
durchwachsenem Fleisch den höhe
-
ren Wert des in der Brattabelle ange
-
gebenen Kerntemperaturbereichs.
Bei der Verwendung eines Brat
-
schlauches/-beutels oder Alu-Folie
stechen Sie das Speisenthermometer
durch die Folie bis zum Kern des
Garguts. Sie können es auch mit
dem Fleisch in die Folie geben. Be
-
achten Sie hierbei auch die Angaben
des Folienherstellers.
