How do I set this keyboard Logitech Y-UY95 so that it is per : 4195

How do I set this keyboard Logitech Y-UY95 so that it is permanently English and never flips to French. (When it switches to French, I know I can switch back to English by using control/left-shift + right shift) but I want to eliminate the possibility of every typing in French.)
