Omeleta presunto e queijo
Numa terrina, parta os ovos em função do número de pessoas. Junte sal
e pimenta. Bata os ovos.
Coloque os tabuleiros sobre a placa lisa e deixe a manteiga derreter. Junte
o queijo e o fiambre, em seguida deixe grelhar durante alguns segundos.
Deite 2 a 3 colheres de sopa de omeleta e mexa delicadamente com a
espátula.
Deixe cozer durante alguns minutos.

1/4 de uma fatia de fiambre cortada em cubos 10 g de queijo 2 a 3 colheres de sopa de omeleta
sal e pimenta 1 noz de manteiga

Unte a placa grill com óleo, dourar os tomates, as cebolas e o alho picado durante 3 minutos. Junte
o bacon e polvilhe com sal de aipo.
Parta o ovo sobre a parte lisa e tempere. Leve a cozer durante alguns minutos.
1 ovo 1 fatia de bacon algumas rodelas de tomate algumas lâminas de cebolas alho picado
sal de aipo 1 colher de café de queijo ralado 1 colher de sopa de natas 1 noz de manteiga
sal e pimenta
