Dieses Programm wird zur Verlängerung der Backzeit von 1 Stunde benutzt. Die Bake only-
Funktion kann jeweils um 10 Minuten erhöht und auf maximal 1 Stunde eingestellt werden.
HINWEIS: Das Signal, um Rosinen oder sonstiges Trockenobst hinzuzufügen, ertönt nur bei
folgenden Programmen: Basic, Rapid, French, Wheat und Sweat.

4. Allgemeine Bedienungsanleitung
4.1 Stromunterbrechung:
Wenn der Strom ausfällt oder der Stecker aus der Steckdose gezogen wird, wird das
Backprogramm unterbrochen. Falls der Strom innerhalb von 10 Minuten zurückkehrt, wird
das Backprogramm normal fortgesetzt. Sollten Sie nicht genau wissen, ob die Unterbrechung
länger oder kürzer als 10 Minuten gedauert hat, so sind die Zutaten zu entfernen und müssen
Sie wieder von vorn anfangen.
Bevor Sie den Brotbäcker zum ersten Mal in Betrieb nehmen, ist das Gerät mit heißem
Wasser und einem milden Spülmittel sorgfältig zu reinigen. Verwenden Sie dazu einen
Schwamm und keine Bürste. Reinigen Sie nicht nur den Brottopf, sondern das ganze
Innerngehäuse. Achten Sie darauf, daß das Gerät trocken bleibt. Vor der Reinigung
immer erst den Netzstecker ziehen!!!
Zum Brotbacken ist eines der Standardprogramme (1 bis 6) zu benutzen. Dabei sind folgende
Anweisungen zu beachten:
1. Öffnen Sie den Deckel und entfernen Sie den Brottopf. Ergreifen Sie den Hebel und
ziehen Sie kräftig am Brottopf.
2. Entfernen Sie die Krümel, die sich eventuell im Brotbäcker befinden. Setzen Sie den
Knetflügel auf die Triebfeder des Brotbäckers (siehe Bild). Falls der Knetflügel nicht
richtig angebracht wird, werden die Zutaten nicht richtig gemischt.
3. Die Temperatur sämtlicher Zutaten muss 21 - 27 º C (Zimmertemperatur) betragen.
Wiegen Sie erst die Zutaten in der Reihenfolge des Rezeptes ab, bevor Sie sie in den
Brottopf geben.
A. Messen Sie erst das Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten ab ( falls nicht etwas
anderes erwähnt wird.)
