9. Assemblaggio e regolazione
Cambio velocità (fig. 16)
1. Disinserite il trapano dalla presa di rete
2. Aprite il coperchio della puleggia
3. Allentate il bottone del portamento di tensione (1)
4. Spostate il motore in avanti per allentare la tensione su ambedue cinghie
5. Impostate le cinghie di nuovo nei gradi della puleggia, che corrispondono alla velocità richiesta
dell’alberello (2).
6. Tendete le cinghie e spostate il motore verso la parte posteriore del trapano.
7. Stringete il bottone del portamento di tensione.
8. Chiudete il copripuleggia.
9. Avviate di nuovo il trapano per verificare se le cinghie hanno una tensione corretta.
Assemblaggio della tavola portapezzi (fig. 17)
1. La tavola può essere alzata o abbassata svitando l’arresto colonna (1) e girando l’impugnatura (2) finché
non viene raggiunta la posizione richiesta. Prima di iniziare la trapanatura è necessario stringere di nuovo
l’arresto.
2. Se volete girare la tavola intorno alla colonna, allentate l’arresto (1) e conseguentemente serratelo di
nuovo.
3. Se intendete ruotare solo la tavola, allentate l’arresto della tavola (3) e giratela nella posizione richiesta,
dopodiché serrate di nuovo l’arresto.
4. Se volete posizionare il tavolo in modo inclinato, in angolo da 0
0
a 45
0
(a destra o a sinistra), smontate il
cavicchio (4) e la madrevite (5). Se il cavicchio s’inceppa, girate la madrevite (5) in senso orario finché il
cavicchio non scivolerà via. Allentate la vite per l’arresto della tavola (6), inclinate la tavola
nell’angolazione richiesta e serrate la vite (6). In caso che volete restituire la tavola nella posizione 0°,
inserite di nuovo il cavicchio (4) e serrate la vite (6). La graduazione della scala per l’impostazione
inclinata della tavola si trova sul dispositivo per il fissaggio della tavola (7).

Profondità della trapanatura (fig. 18)
Per la trapanatura dei fori ciechi portate l’alberello del trapano, ad utensile spento, in basso e appoggiate la
punta del trapano sul materiale da forare. Ora allentate l’arresto per la regolazione della profondità di
trapanatura ed impostate la scala sul valore "0". Fissate di nuovo l’arresto e sulla scala detraete la profondità
attuale della trapanatura.
