11. Manutenzione
AVVERTENZA: PRIMA DI OGNI MANUTENZIONE O LUBRIFICAZIONE DEL TRAPANO, PER LA
VOSTRA SICUREZZA, POSIZIONATE L’ INTERRUTTORE NELLA POSIZIONE
”SPENTO” E DISINSERITE LA SPINA DALLA PRESA DI RETE.
Provvedete all’aspirazione ed eliminazione delle schegge e dei trucioli di metallo che si depositano sul motore,
scatola pulegge, sulla tavola o sulla superficie dell’oggetto lavorato.
Pulite le superfici lucide con un panno imbevuto d’olio.
Spalmate sulla colonna e sulla tavola uno strato fino della cera pastosa per mantenerli puliti e senza ruggine.
Cuscinetti a sfere nel cannotto e nel gruppo di costruzione delle pulegge a cuneo sono lubrificati ed assodati
in modo duraturo. Regolarmente, ogni tre mesi, tirate giù il canotto e lubrificateli con l’olio.
Se i dispositivi per il fissaggio della tavola e le manopole d’arresto hanno un andamento pesante, lubrificateli.
ATTENZIONE: Tutti i lavori di manutenzione sul trapano dovrebbero essere eseguiti da un tecnico
qualificato, di un centro d’Assistenza.
