Montaggio dell’albero e del mandrino (fig. 12)
1. Pulite accuratamente il cono Morse e il mandrino, manteneteli sempre puliti, senza tracce d’olio e residui
di polvere. Ora con uno strattone piuttosto forte inserite il cono(1) nel mandrino (2).
2. Inserite il mandrino (3) sul cono corto del mandrino conico.
3. Aprite del tutto le griffe della punta del mandrino, per impedire il suo danneggiamento introducetevi un
pezzetto di legno e con 2 – 3 colpi leggeri spingete il cono ed il mandrino in su.
ATTENZIONE: Per non danneggiare il mandrino, non usate il martello di metallo per la spinta del
mandrino sull’albero.
Eliminazione del mandrino (fig. 13)
1. Se volete abbassare il mandrino in posizione minima, allentate il collare (boccola) dell’alberello (1). Usate
la manetta per lo scorrimento. Il collare dell’alberello ha da ambedue lati un grande foro ovale (2).
2. Girate il mandrino (3), finché il foro dell’alberello (4) non sarà allineato con il collare dell’alberello.
3. Inserite il cuneo (5) e colpitelo leggermente con il martello.
4. L’albero ed il mandrino cadranno liberamente.
Montaggio del trapano (fig. 14)
1. Fissate bene il Vostro trapano mediante i due fori (1) nella lastra di base al montante o al piano di lavoro,
usate solo il materiale congiuntivo di qualità. Solo in questo modo impedirete il capovolgimento,
scivolamento o spostamento del trapano durante l’esercizio.
IMPORTANTE: Quando, durante il lavoro, notate che il montante o il piano di lavoro
si muovono, fissateli in modo adeguato e sicuro al pavimento.
