14. Asperges en kippenvlees eraan toevoegen en nog eens 5 minuten laten garen.

Vol-au-vent met rijst serveren. De rijst kunt u volgens de verpakkingsinstructie in de
mengkom bereiden. Het accessoire met dwarse snijbladen moet daarbij uitgeschakeld
zijn!
Wortel-sinaasappel-roomsoep
Porties: ca. 4
Bereidingstijd: ca. 20 minuten
Ingrediënten
500 g wortelen
2 el olie
½ tl suiker
1 tl kerriepoeder
500 ml groentebouillon
100 ml sinaasappelsap
100 ml kokosmelk
50 g pompoenpitten
Zout, peper, cayennepeper, gemberpoeder (naar believen)
Bereiding
1. Wortelen schillen, in stukken snijden en in de mengkom doen. De maatbeker in het
deksel plaatsen. Gedurende ca. 1 minuut op stand 1 snijden, dan gedurende ca.
1 minuut de snelheid verhogen naar stand 5.
2. Eventueel de massa met de spatel naar onderen schuiven.
3. Olie, suiker en kerriepoeder in de mengkom gieten en wortelen gedurende 5 minuten
op 120 °C op stand 1 laten braden. De maatbeker niet in het deksel plaatsen!
4. Groentebouillon in de mengkom gieten en gedurende 8 minuten op 120 °C op stand 1
laten koken.
5. Vervolgens 6 minuten pureren op stand 4. Daarvoor de maatbeker in het deksel
plaatsen.
6. Sinaasappelsap, kokosmelk, zout, cayennepeper en gemberpoeder in de mengkom
gieten en gedurende 10 seconden op stand 3 mengen.
7. Pompoenpitten zonder vetstof in een pan roosteren en aan de soep toevoegen.
