-Technology handelaar werden verkocht (www.DKN-Technology.com). Wanneer de garantie wordt
ingeroepen, heeft
DKN
-Technology
de mogelijkheid om, naar eigen goeddunken, het defecte apparaat of het betreffende
onderdeel te herstellen of te vervangen. De transportkosten en de eventuele handelaars en/of werkplaatskosten worden
uitgesloten van deze garantie, en zijn dus voor rekening van de bezitter van het apparaat. Als U aanspraak wenst te
maken op eventuele garantie, gaat U met het aankoopbewijs naar de verdeler waar U Uw apparaat heeft aangekocht. De
handelaar zal dan het nodige doen. Is dit niet mogelijk, dan neemt U contact op met de nationale DKN
-Technology
importeur. De garantie geldt niet voor: de normale slijtage, de gevolgen van een ondeskundige behandeling, de
beschadiging door de koper of door derden, en defecten die aan extreme omstandigheden te wijten zijn.
De garantie kan ook niet worden ingeroepen wanneer de originele constructie of uitrusting werd gewijzigd, of wanneer
geen originele DKN
-Technology onderdelen voor de herstelling werden gebruikt. De fabrikant kan niet verantwoordelijk
gesteld worden voor schade, verlies of kosten, incidenteel noch gerelateerd, ten gevolge van gebruik van dit toestel.
Dit toestel is speciaal ontworpen voor thuisgebruik: indien dit toestel gebruikt wordt in een gymzaal of voor
professioneel en/of commercieel gebruik, zijn de fabrikant en zijn vertegenwoordigers niet langer
aansprakelijk voor eventuele ongevallen of schade toegebracht aan dit toestel, en vervalt elke garantie.

Este aparelho foi concebido especialmente e apenas para o uso em casa. Se utilizar este aparelho em ginásio
ou para fins profissionis, o fabricante e os representantes não são responsáveis por eventuais acidentes ou
por danos feitos ao aparelho.

garanzia, sarà sufficiente recarsi presso il punto vendita dove avete acquistato l’attrezzo con il certificato di garanzia o lo
scontrino fiscale ed il nostro rivenditore si occuperà del resto. Nel caso in cui questo non fosse possibile, contattate

Inoltre, non si potrà ricorrere alla garanzia né in presenza di modifiche apportate alla costruzione o all’attrezzatura
originale dell’apparecchio, né tanto meno nel caso in cui alcuni pezzi siano stati scambiati o sostituiti con altri che nulla
hanno a che vedere con la nostra produzione.
Il presente apparecchio è destinato ad un uso domestico. Nel caso in cui fosse utilizzato in palestre o luoghi
simili o in caso di utilizzo commerciale, l’importatore o i suoi rappresentanti saranno ritenuti indenni da
qualsiasi responsabilità che potrebbe derivare da lesioni all’utilizzatore o eventuali danni all’apparecchio.
