Esta garantía vale durante dos años siguientes para cualquiera fabricación y daño material a los productos de
fitness de
DKN
-Technology
que estaban vendido por un comerciante autorizado por
DKN
-Technology
. Cuando se
recurre a la garantía, DKN
-Technology tiene la posibilidad para, a discreción , reparar o reemplazar el aparato
defecto o la parte relativa. Los costes de transporte y costes del comerciante o lugar de trabajo están por cuenta del
proprietario del aparato.
Si quiere utilizar vuestros derechos de garantía, Usted puede ir, con vuestro certificado de garantía al lugar donde
ha comprado vuestro aparato. El comerciante hará el necesario. Si no es possible, Usted puede ponerse en
contacto con el importador nacional de
DKN
-Technology
.
La garantía no vale para; el desgaste ordinario, las consecuencias de un tratamiento incompetente, el daño por el
comprador o terceros y defectos debido a circonstancias excepcionales no se pueden recurrir a esta garantía
cuando se ha cambiado la construcción original o cuando no se han utilizado partes originales de
DKN
-Technology
.
El fabricante no puede ser responsable de perjuicio, perta o expensas incidentalmente ni relativamente a causa del
empleo de este aparato.
Se han esbozado este aparato especialmente para el uso en casa. Si se utiliza este aparato en un
gimnasio o para empleo profesional, el fabricante y sus representantes no son responsables para
accidentes eventuales o para el daño hecho en ese aparato.

fitness products purchased from an
authorized DKN
-Technology dealer for a period of two years from purchase.
If you wish to make a claim under the guarantee, DKN
-Technology shall be entitled to repair or replace the defective
unit or part at its discretion. The owner of the unit must pay for the transport costs and any dealer's workshop costs.
To make a claim under the guarantee, take your guarantee card to your dealer. The dealer will then take the
necessary action. If this is not possible, contact your national DKN
-Technology importer.
The following are not covered by the guarantee: normal wear and tear and the consequences of improper treatment
or damage caused by the purchaser or third persons and faults which are due to other circumstances. Claims may
not be made under the guarantee if modifications have been made to the original construction or equipment or if
DKN original parts were not used to repair the unit. In no event the manufacturer shall be liable for incidental or
consequential losses, damages or expenses in connection with exercise products.
This exerciser has been designed for home use only. Professional use, commercial or use in gym
centers, will automatically cancel the manufacturers’ and/or importers’ product liability.
Cette garantie couvre pendant deux ans toutes les vices de fabrication. Dans cette période de garantie, nos

accordent une solution afin de remettre votre appareil en état de fonctionnement. Nous fournissons gratuitement
toutes les pièces dont vous auriez besoin lors de cette période, hors pièces d’usure normale ainsi que les
conséquences d’une utilisation professionnel.
Pour invoquer la garantie il suffit de vous rendre à votre revendeur avec le produit ainsi que sa preuve d’achat datée.
(Incluez une description complète et détaillée du problème. N’oubliez pas de mentionner votre adresse complète
pour le retour de l’appareil). Les produits couverts par la garantie seront réparés ou remplacés (à la discrétion de
DKN
-Technology France) sans acun frais de pièces ou main d’œuvre. Si le produit ou composant doit etre envoyé à
DKN
-Technology
France pour une intervention sous garantie, le consommateur doit payer les frais de port initiaux. Si
les réparations sont couvertes par la garantie, DKN
-Technology prendra en charge les frais d’expédition pour le retour
du produit. Seuls les défauts notifiés à un revendeur ou au centre technique agréé
DKN
-Technology
lors de la durée
de garantie seront couverts par cette garantie.
Sont exclus de la garantie:
Les dommages causés par accident, mauvaise utilisation, abus, installation ou utilisation incorrectes, location,
modification du produit ou négligence.
Les dommages survenant pendant le transport
Les dommages causés par la réparation ou l’intervention sur le produit par une ou des personnes non autorisées par
DKN
-Technolog
France
Les produits dont les numéro de série a été modifié ou retiré.
Les produits n’ayant pas été achetés chez un revendeur
DKN
-Technolog
France autorisé.
Cet appareil doit être utilisé à domicile. S’il est utilisé en salle de gym, ou utilisation équivalente ou
commercialement, l’importateur ou ses représentants, ne peuvent être rendus responsables quand aux
lesions pouvant survenir à l’utilisateur ou aux dommages occasionnés à l’appareil.
