• After not being used for three years the oil-fired boiler will not fire up. There is plenty of oil and both pressure gauges read correctly. On pressing the start button it tries for about 20 seconds then the red alarm light comes on. It seems like the lower pump motor runs but not the upper one. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
