Standard setting: Upper part of the car is placed directly on the
chassis
Front axle
When starting with the modifi cation, the car’s upper part has to be
unscrewed from the chassis and the following steps have to be car-
ried out.
Remove the cable joints (fi g.
1
). Take the front axle attachments
out of the chassis according to fi g.

. Take the distance plate (a)
out of the chassis and put it into the front axle attachment (fi g.
3
).
Insert the front axle attachment in the chassis again (fi g.
4
) and
screw it tight.
ATTENTION! When fi tting the axle attachment you have to make
sure that the position screw’s head (b) for the rocker bar points to
the bottom.

Rear axle
When modifying the rear axle the following points need to be ob-
served.
Remove the cable joint for the rear light and the engine block to the
board according to fi g.

. Unscrew the entire additional magnet
unit at the car’s bottom (fi g.

), unscrew and take out the engine
block (fi g.

), take out the distance plate (b) and the magnet base
plate (a). Turn the magnet base plate by 180° (fi g.

) and put it in
the chassis again (fi g.
5
). Screw the additional magnet unit tight
and place the distance plate on top of the magnet base plate.

Unscrew the rear axle, take off the axle carrier (a) (fi g.
1
) and turn
it by 180° (fi g.

). Put the axle carrier on to the rear axle and screw
it tight at the engine block (fi g.

). Insert the engine block in the
chassis and screw it tight. Fit the cables together according to their
colours.
Changing the light board

ATTENTION! Depending on the model, the light boards might be
screwed tight.
Front light: To change the light boards unscrew the car’s upper
part from the chassis. Unscrew the front axle according to fi g.
1
and remove the cables between the front light and the car board (fi g.
2
). Slightly bend down the catch hook (fi g.
3
) and pull up the light
board. Insert the light board (fi g.
4
), until the catch hook latches
in. Screw in the front axle and fi t the cables together according to
their colours.
Rear light: Remove the cables between the rear light and the car
board according to fi g.

) and pull up the light board. Insert the light board until the catch
hook latches in (fi g.

) and fi t the cables together according to
their colours.
Race modes
Training mode
1. Switch on the Black Box (ON-OFF)
2. After approx. 1 second the central LED will illuminate perma-
nently and a brief acoustic signal will sound.
3. Position the car/s on the connecting track
4. In training mode, the track is released without signal from the
traffi c light; you can start immediately
Race mode
1. Switch on the Black Box (ON-OFF)
2. After approx. 1 second the central LED will illuminate perma-
nently and a brief acoustic signal will sound.
3. Afterwards, press the start button until all LEDs light up
4. Position the car/s on the connecting track
5. Press the start button again – the starting sequence will be initi-
ated, the LEDs will illuminate and acoustic signals will sound.
6. Once the traffi c light phase has expired (LEDs light up individu-
ally), the race is released
7. False start: If a car’s speed controller is actuated during the traffi c
light phase, this is rated as false start. The vehicle that has caused
the false start will travel a short distance and the LED on the rel-
evant vehicle or hand control will fl ash. The race is not released and
the start has to be repeated.
Light function on/off

STOP
The car programmed to the speed controller will have to come to a
stop for at least 3 seconds before the light can be switched on or off
by the push of the lane-change-button.

speed automatically and consistently until its decoding.
Decoding is eff ected by holding the car. For new coding see coding/
