efter tilberedningen. Derved bliver den overskydende lk
hurtigt opsuget.
Yoghurt
Opvarm mælken til 90 °C på kogesektionen. Lad den derefter
afkøle til 40 °C. Hvis der anvendes højpasteuriseret
langtidsholdbar lk, er det ikkedvendigt at opvarme
lken.
Rør to teskefulde yoghurt naturel eller en tilsvarende mængde
yoghurtfermentering i pr. 100 ml mælk. Hæld blandingen i rene
glas, og luk dem.
Stil glassene i køleskabet efter tilberedningen.
