Hey! 4 different people with big variety of weight, height, age, gender etc tried to use the scale but the same message showed up to all of us ”Err2”. In the manual it Said that it might be because of the body fat content lies above or below the limits of the measuring scale. But in fact we know that our body fat percentace lies within the acceptable range. So is there anything we can do to fix this or is it possible that the scale was broken when we recieved it?
