В шутерах часто используется сочетание клавиш «Ctrl+пробел». До

начала игры рекомендуется не настраивать эту «быструю клавишу».

РЕКОМЕНДАЦИИ

1. Длительное использование клавиатуры во время игры могут привести

к ощущению дискомфорта в ваших ладонях, руках, плечах, шее

или других частях тела. Рекомендуется устраивать частые перерывы

и выполнять простые упражнения на растяжку, вращать головой

и упражнять глаза, чтобы предотвратить или ослабить ощущение

дискомфорта.

2. Не менее важен правильный выбор эргономичного компьютера,

монитора, стула и стола.

3. Для улучшения общего физического и умственного состояния

рекомендуется делать регулярные упражнения.
