Appoggiatesta
Appoggiatesta (Fig. 4.10)
L’appoggiatesta può essere sollevato e spostato
orizzontalmente, in avanti e all'indietro.
Per fare ciò, allentare la vite (1, 2 o 3).
Ora è possibile regolare l'appoggiatesta nella posizione
desiderata. Fissare di nuovo le viti (vedere la pagina relativa
alla coppia di serraggio).
Per chiudere la carrozzina, aprire la leva di bloccaggio (1), fare
scorrere la staffa dell'appoggiatesta verso destra e ripiegarla.
Ora la carrozzina può essere chiusa. Per aprire la carrozzina,
raddrizzare la staffa dell'appoggiatesta, riposizionare la guida
scorrevole nella leva di bloccaggio e spostarla verso sinistra.
Terminare l'operazione richiudendo la leva di bloccaggio (Fig.
4.11).

Regolazione della ruota anteriore
Assicurarsi che le forcelle siano montate parallele, contando il
numero di denti visibili su entrambi i lati. Dopo avere regolato le
forcelle delle ruote anteriori, i denti ne garantiscono il
posizionamento sicuro e consentono di apportare regolazioni
con incrementi di 2° per volta fino a 16°, (Fig. 4.12).
Utilizzare il lato piatto sulla parte anteriore della forcella
della ruota anteriore per impostare una posizione ad
angolo retto rispetto al terreno.
Grazie al design brevettato, è possibile girare le forcelle delle
ruote anteriori e riposizionarle ad angolo retto rispetto al terreno
quando si cambia l'angolo della seduta.

Se la carrozzina sterza leggermente a destra o a sinistra,
oppure se le ruote anteriori vibrano, la causa va ricercata tra
una o più delle cause seguenti:
• Il movimento della ruota in avanti o all’indietro non è
correttamente regolato
• l'angolo delle ruote anteriori non è regolato correttamente
• La pressione delle ruote posteriori e/o delle ruote anteriori non
è corretta; le ruote non girano con facilità.
Una regolazione corretta delle ruote anteriori è la condizione
essenziale per il movimento rettilineo della carrozzina.
La regolazione delle ruote anteriori deve essere sempre
eseguita da un rivenditore autorizzato. Ogni volta che la
posizione delle ruote posteriori viene modificata bisogna
sempre verificare la regolazione delle piastre delle ruote
anteriori e controllare la sede delle ruote.
